A Step Away
Song lyrics about those who came hear in search of a new future.
A Step Away
A light on the horizon, not so far across the sea,
Where mornings bring new promises, and hopes that long to be.
In a village by the ocean, corrupt by greedy hands,
Lies a passage of survival, for those living off the land.

The Smallest Alien in the Universe!
Last night I was attacked by the smallest alien in the universe. Wait, maybe “attacked” isn’t the right word. Last night I was visited by the smallest alien in the universe. There, that sounds slightly less fabricated.
It all went down a little past 11:30 PM-EST, outside of my home on the tropical island of Key [...]

Super Simple Swordfish Kabobs
Often the simplest dishes are the most flavorful- and this is definitely true with this easy to prepare, yet wonderfully delicious swordfish recipe.
I made these swordfish kabobs for my wife and a couple of guests, one of whom is a swordfishing captain for a local charter boat, and even he agreed that this was some [...]
